Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations and Process Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in improving operational processes and scaling our business through the development and optimization of infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a passion for organization, efficiency, and innovation, with the ability to manage multiple systems and ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
-Labor Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of skilled labor to meet the growing demands of our business.
-Inbox Management: Oversee and organize email and communication channels to ensure timely and effective responses.
-Connecteam Software Oversight: Manage and optimize our Connecteam platform for scheduling, communication, and team engagement.
-Buildium Software Administration: Utilize Buildium to oversee property management tasks, including tenant communication and payments.
-Deal Flow Management: Maintain and enhance deal flow tracking using Airtable to ensure streamlined operations and visibility into all ongoing projects.
-Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement solutions to enhance productivity and scalability.
-Weekly Meetings: Collaborate with the leadership team in weekly strategy meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and new opportunities.
Qualifications:
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Experience with software platforms such as Connecteam, Buildium, and Airtable.
-Proven ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
